Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,912 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with NTN3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN3-to-partner and partner-to-NTN3 results are reported.
