NTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, KRTAP10-4, and PRAMEF18. Each is linked with NTN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN3-to-partner and partner-to-NTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by NTN3-low versus NTN3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
