Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,915 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lysosomal membrane permeability, Heterochromatin organization, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with NTN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTN1 results are reported.
