NTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 171 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHE23, GAGE12J, and OR5H2. Each is linked with NTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTN1-to-partner and partner-to-NTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BHLHE23 grouped by NTN1-low versus NTN1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
