NTMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, PRRC2B_S388, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with NTMT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NTMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTMT1 versus RPL12_S38 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
