Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,850 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NTMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SET, PRPF4, and ARPC5L. Each is linked with NTMT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NTMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTMT1 versus SET in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
