NTMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K1, OR6U2P, and TP53TG3. Each is linked with NTMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NTMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K1 grouped by NTMT1-low versus NTMT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
