Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,001 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB7, SLC4A3, and SYTL1. Each is linked with NTF4 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF4-to-partner and partner-to-NTF4 results are reported.
