NTF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,797 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCH2_S487, PLCH2_S491, and TRIM29. Each is linked with NTF4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF4-to-partner and partner-to-NTF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
