Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL1, GUF1, and PDK1. Each is linked with NTF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF4-to-partner and partner-to-NTF4 results are reported.
