Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, YB-1, and Chk2. Each is linked with NTF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF4-to-partner and partner-to-NTF4 results are reported.
