NTF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,374 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK38L, C1orf198, and MAMDC2. Each is linked with NTF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF3-to-partner and partner-to-NTF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
