Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,573 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Potassium ion transport, Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with NTF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTF3-to-partner and partner-to-NTF3 results are reported.
