NTAQ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTAQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2_S342, ATAD2, and RFC1. Each is linked with NTAQ1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAQ1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTAQ1 versus ATAD2_S342 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
