NTAQ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTAQ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL13, DCAF13, and FAM91A1. Each is linked with NTAQ1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAQ1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NTAQ1 versus MRPL13 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
