NTAQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NTAQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP169, RARRES2P10, and TP53TG3HP. Each is linked with NTAQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAQ1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP169 grouped by NTAQ1-low versus NTAQ1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NTAQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NTAQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
