Across TCGA cell cohorts, NTAQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,875 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NTAQ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with NTAQ1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NTAQ1-to-partner and partner-to-NTAQ1 results are reported.
