NT5M

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5M RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5M-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VASP, DDX59, and NSL1. Each is linked with NT5M in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5M-to-partner and partner-to-NT5M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5M→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
