Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NT5M RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NT5M data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NT5M RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NT5M expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and BLCA are the cancer types where NT5M RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
