Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5M protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5M-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAGAB, DNAJB6, and SEC22A. Each is linked with NT5M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5M-to-partner and partner-to-NT5M results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5M→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
