Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,917 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5E-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ3, VEGFC, and EDNRA. Each is linked with NT5E in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5E-to-partner and partner-to-NT5E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5E versus TSHZ3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5E→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
