Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5DC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,967 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5DC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT4, GPR161, and FAM171A2. Each is linked with NT5DC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5DC2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5DC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5DC2 versus PLAAT4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5DC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5DC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
