NT5C3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NT5C3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,535 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5C3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KBTBD2, AVL9, and ZNRF2. Each is linked with NT5C3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C3A-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C3A versus KBTBD2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
