NT5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,173 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, HEATR6, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with NT5C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C versus BPTF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
