NSUN7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK6, FBXO15, and CFAP157. Each is linked with NSUN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN7-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN7 versus PTK6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
