NSUN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSUN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1B, IL31, and MDFIC2. Each is linked with NSUN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN7-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1B grouped by NSUN7-low versus NSUN7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
