NSUN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, CD49b, and Notch1. Each is linked with NSUN6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN6-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by NSUN6-low versus NSUN6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
