NSUN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM3P, RN7SL248P, and CHAC2. Each is linked with NSUN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN2-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM3P grouped by NSUN2-low versus NSUN2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
