Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,044 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL45, TMEM97, and BLMH. Each is linked with NSRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NSRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSRP1 versus MRPL45 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
