Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NSRP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NSRP1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NSRP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NSRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and HNSC are the cancer types where NSRP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
