Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, RN7SL392P, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with NSRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NSRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by NSRP1-low versus NSRP1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
