Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with NSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NSRP1 results are reported.
