Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSMF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, SOX10, and KDELR3. Each is linked with NSMF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMF versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
