Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,166 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSMCE4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAH1, EZH2, and GTPBP3. Each is linked with NSMCE4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE4A-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE4A versus ASAH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
