NSMCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSMCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, MAGEB10, and SIGLECL1. Each is linked with NSMCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE1-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 grouped by NSMCE1-low versus NSMCE1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
