NSG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 837 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF736P7Y, UCK1, and SMYD5. Each is linked with NSG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSG2-to-partner and partner-to-NSG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF736P7Y grouped by NSG2-low versus NSG2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
