Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSFL1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,707 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSFL1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPB, PSMF1, and MRPS26. Each is linked with NSFL1C in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSFL1C-to-partner and partner-to-NSFL1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSFL1C versus CENPB in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSFL1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSFL1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
