NSFL1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSFL1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,122 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSFL1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, NSFL1C_S114, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with NSFL1C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSFL1C-to-partner and partner-to-NSFL1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSFL1C versus TRMT6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSFL1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSFL1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
