Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSFL1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,619 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSFL1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS2, ESF1, and CSNK2A1. Each is linked with NSFL1C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSFL1C-to-partner and partner-to-NSFL1C results are reported.
