NSFL1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSFL1C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSFL1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR. Each is linked with NSFL1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSFL1C-to-partner and partner-to-NSFL1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by NSFL1C-low versus NSFL1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSFL1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSFL1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
