Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSFL1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSFL1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell. Each is linked with NSFL1C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSFL1C-to-partner and partner-to-NSFL1C results are reported.
