NSA2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,002 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYPL1, DNMT3A, and BCAP31_S216. Each is linked with NSA2P3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2P3-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSA2P3 versus SYPL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSA2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSA2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
