NSA2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,974 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSA2P7, NPM1P27, and NSA2. Each is linked with NSA2P2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2P2-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSA2P2 versus NSA2P7 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSA2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSA2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
