Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRXN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2, NRBF2, and PSMB10_S230. Each is linked with NRXN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN3-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRXN3 versus SORBS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
