NRTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,362 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP3, STAT2, and MAP7D1. Each is linked with NRTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRTN-to-partner and partner-to-NRTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRTN versus CAMSAP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
