NRTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1P1, CYP4F36P, and MIR4726. Each is linked with NRTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRTN-to-partner and partner-to-NRTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1P1 grouped by NRTN-low versus NRTN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
