NRSN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRSN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRSN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV1OR15-4, RNU6-907P, and COPS8P1. Each is linked with NRSN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN2-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV1OR15-4 grouped by NRSN2-low versus NRSN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRSN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRSN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
