NRSN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRSN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,733 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRSN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYN1_S605, CADM1, and GNAO1. Each is linked with NRSN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRSN1 versus SYN1_S605 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
