Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRSN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,489 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GRK3, and LGALS1. Each is linked with NRSN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN1 results are reported.
