NRSN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRSN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1305, NOL12, and NAE1. Each is linked with NRSN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRSN1-to-partner and partner-to-NRSN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1305 grouped by NRSN1-low versus NRSN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
